ZACHARIAH TOBIAS PREUIT Funeral services for Zachariah Tobias Preuit will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 3, 2014 at the Ertel Memorial Chapel. A visitation has been scheduled for Friday morning from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the Ertel Chapel. Zachariah was born on September 9, 2014 in Grand Junction, Colo. He passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction, Colo. He was 18 days old. Zachariah was a fighter and never gave up. He will be dearly missed. Surviving Zachariah are his parents, Charles D. Preuit II and Angel Rae (Jones) Preuit; his siblings, Romeo Renna and Alize Renna of Cortez, and Madelin Preuit of Plainview, Texas; two aunts, Geraldine Jones of Cortez, and Teresa Salazar of Salt Lake City, Utah; uncle, David Jones of Cortez; grandfather, Charles Preuit and wife, Lisa of Plainview, Texas; grandmother, Clairlene Filfred of Aneth, Utah; great grandfather, David Filfred of Aneth, Utah; as well as numerous cousins. Preceding him in death were his grandfathers, Michael Salazar and Arthur Washington; great grandparents, Dorothy and Reuben Hauschild, and Irene Filfred; great uncle, Winston Filfred; and his cousin, Maximus Totem.
