YOLANDA SOCORRO CORRAL Memorial Mass for Cortez resident Yolanda Socorro Corral will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Father Joseph L. Gallegos, C.R. will officiate. Yolanda was born on May 17, 1990 in Las Vegas, Nev. the daughter of Juan and Yolanda J. (Martinez) Corral. She passed away on Monday, March 2, 2009 in Cortez at the age of 18. Surviving Yolanda are her mother, Yolanda Corral and boyfriend, Oscar Lopez of Henderson, Nev.; her father, Juan Corral of Juarez, Mexico; her brothers, Michael Martinez and wife, Naomi and Juan Corral, all of Henderson, Nev.; her grandfather, Tino Martinez of Cortez; her grandmother, Socorro Corral of Mexico; her nieces, Mariah and Adriana Martinez; by her large extended family, cousins and friends.
