Winifred Kay Laner

Graveside services for Towaoc resident Winifred Kay Laner will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Towaoc Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 5 – 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Ertel Memorial Chapel.
Winifred was born June 24, 1974 in Cortez, CO the daughter of Franklin Pyle Laner Sr. and Glenda Ann Wing. She passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021 at her residence in Towaoc, CO at the age of 47.
Surviving Winifred are her mother, Glenda Whiteskunk of Towaoc, CO; her father, Franklin Laner Sr. of Farmington, NM; her daughter, Hanna Casey (Johnathan Gorman) of Cortez, CO; her aunt, Angela Kuebler of Towaoc, CO; her siblings, Wendy Laner, Franklin Laner Jr. (Lori), and Bernadine Laner all of Towaoc, CO; and her grandchildren, Sheila Gorman, and Jayden Laner. Winifred was preceded in death by her sister, Sheila Laner.
