Windy Mills Jr.

A memorial service for Towaoc resident Windy Mills Jr. will be held Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Ertel Memorial Chapel.
Windy was born January 27, 1968 in Cortez, CO the son of Susie House and Windy Mills Sr. He passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Southwest Memorial Hospital in Cortez, CO at the age of 53.
Surviving Windy are his companions, Jana Mills ‘Orange Cat’ of Towaoc, CO, and Terri Peabody ‘Sugar’ of Towaoc, CO; his children, Windy Mills III of Towaoc, CO, Cody Mills of Ignacio, CO, and Michael Vicenti of Towaoc, CO; and his siblings, Wendell Mills Sr. of Towaoc, CO, Randolph Wing of Towaoc, CO, Colin Mills of Towaoc, CO, Constance Wall of Towaoc, CO, Latoya Root of NV, and J’Rita Mills of Towaoc, CO. Windy was preceded in death by his parents; his step mother, Shirley Deer; and his siblings, Jeri Mills, Josephine Mills, and Windy Mills IV.
