Funeral services for Towaoc resident Windy Mills IV will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 1, 2021 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Viewing will take place at the end of the service. Interment will follow at Towaoc Cemetery.
Windy was born July 4, 1988 in Shiprock, NM the son of Shirley Ann Deer and Windy Mills Sr. He passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at his residence in Towaoc, CO at the age of 33.
Surviving Windy are his companion, Mollie Casey of Towaoc, CO; his children, Sabain Leonard Earl Mills, Samuel Watson Mills, and Dahlia Katie Mills all of Towaoc, CO; and his siblings, Wendell D. Mills of Towaoc, CO, Windy Mills Jr. of Towaoc, CO, Randolph Wing of Towaoc, CO, Constance Wall of Towaoc, CO, Colin Mills of Towaoc, CO, Latoya Root of Towaoc, CO, J’Rita Mills of Towaoc, CO, and Burton Billie of Durango, CO. Windy was preceded in death by his parents; and his sisters, Jeri S. Mills, and Josephine Mills.
