WILLIAM "BILL" CARTER MEALING Memorial services for William "Bill" Carter Mealing will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Bill passed away early Friday morning, June 29, 2012 at his home in Cortez, Colo., due to lung cancer. Bill was born on November 22, 1947 in Kellogg, Idaho to Cyril Henry Mealing and Carrell Carter Mealing. He leaves behind the love of his life, Jody Wilkerson Mealing; his mother-in-law, Joy D.
