WILLADEAN BEANLAND Funeral services for lifelong Cahone resident, Willadean Beanland will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 6 at the Dove Creek First Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the Cahone Cemetery. Willadean was born on September 8, 1936 in Cahone the daughter of Clyde William and Jessie Fern (Toles) Ayers. She passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at her daughter's residence in Dove Creek at the age of 69. On May 10, 1953 in Aztec, N.M. Willadean married Isaac Beanland. With this union four children were born. She maintained a membership with the Baptist Church and loved to travel with her husband all over the country on his truck. She was the ultimate homemaker ho took care of the family and enjoyed cooking for the family. She was known for her homemade bread and pies. Surviving Willadean are her mother, Jessie Fern Ayers of Cahone; her children, Julie Martin and husband, Jerry, Steve Beanland and wife, Denise, Jimmy Beanland and wife, Tammy and Todd Beanland and wife, Angela all of Dove Creek. She leaves 13 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren; as well as her sister, Phyllis Barnett of Cahone; and her sister-in-law, Julia Ayers of Cahone. Preceding her in death were her father, Clyde William Ayers; her husband, Isaac Beanland; her brother, Norman Lee Ayers; and one baby brother. Memorial contributions can be made in Willadean’s memory to the Dove Creek Wrestling Club at the Dove Creek State Bank.
