Wanda Jean Koenig

WANDA JEAN KOENIG Wanda Jean Koenig was born May 25, 1931 in Brownswood, Tx. the daughter of Arlye Levon and Amy Gertrude (Sweet) Williams. She passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Southwest Memorial Hospital at the age of 86. Surviving Jean are her husband, James whom she married August 14, 1971 in Dolores; her children, Randy Barnes of Belize, Barbie Johnson of Alamogordo, N.M., Debbie Risenhover of Amarillo, Tex., and Sherry Simpson of Hillsboro, Tex.; her step-children, Stacey Koeing of Westminster, Colo., and Gwen Griffin of Mancos; her brother, Lavon Williams of Wheeler, Tex.; and by 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; and by two sisters. Cremation has taken and private services will be held.
