Wanda J. Cannon

WANDA J. CANNON Wanda J. Cannon was born February 7, 1942 in Charlotte, N.C. the daughter of Emmanuel D. and Sarah Ruth Brower. She was reborn into eternal life on Sunday, April 5, 2009 at the age of 67 in her home at Circle K Ranch in Dolores. Wanda is survived by her devoted husband of 48 years, John L. Cannon; her daughter, Jennifer McGuire and husband, Jim of Oxford, Ala.; her son, Jim Cannon and wife, Noel of Bayfield, Colo.; her sister, Pat Redsell and husband, Gerry of Ottawa, Canada; her grandchildren, John, Jessica and Joseph McGuire and Joshua and Jacob Cannon; and many loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Barbara Ann Brower. Our love and deep gratitude to our new family, the staff of Hospice especially Jeannie, Enid, and Tara. Wanda was known for her warm smile, infectious laugh and her great faith. She will be greatly missed. Memorial services will be held at the Lodge of Circle K Ranch, 27758 Highway 145, Dolores on Friday, April 10 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, send donations to St. Jude's Children Hospital and plant a tree.
