Vivian Delores Wells

VIVIAN DELORES WELLS Memorial services for Vivian Delores Wells will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15 at the Ertel Memorial Chapel. Vivian was born on February 24, 1934 in Alexandria, Va. She passed away on Friday, October 10, 2014 at Vista Grande Inn at the age of 80. In Alexandria, Va. in 1953 Vivian married Raymond N. Wells, Jr. She was a charitable woman who supported many who were in need; gathering money for low income children to buy presents at Christmas time. Vivian enjoyed Bingo, cards and was an exceptional golfer winning a gold medal for Senior Olympics Golf in Florida. Vivian is survived by her son, Sonny Wells and wife, Ruth of Dolores; grandchildren, Martin Wells, Jr., Charles Wells, Sonnie Marie Plemons, Kierra Kerkhoff, Britany Mason, and Stephanie Wells; as well as seven great grandchildren. Preceding Vivian in death are her parents, Ernest Lee and Nanny Myrtle (Dinkins) O'Neil; her husband, Raymond N. Wells, Jr.; and her son, Martin Lee Wells.
