Vaughn Lyle Clark

Funeral services for Cortez resident Vaughn Lyle Clark will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 15, 2019 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Empire Chapel. Bishop Jeremy Yarbrough will officiate. Interment will follow at Cortez Cemetery. A viewing will take place from 3 – 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 14, 2019 at Ertel Memorial Chapel.
Vaughn was born April 27, 1955 in Rexburg, ID the son of Vernon Lee and Damaris Luella (Olsen) Clark. He passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango, CO at the age of 63.
Surviving Vaughn are his wife, Kathy Clark of Cortez, CO; his daughter, Erin (Bryce) Tanner of Cortez, CO; his son, Stuart Clark (Jenna Dobrovolny) of Minneapolis, MN; and his brother, Ken (Marilynn) Clark of Swan Valley, ID. Vaughn was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Richard Clark; and his sister, Dorothy Niederer.
