TROY BRYAN LANER Funeral services for lifelong Towaoc resident Troy Bryan Laner will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 15 at the Gallup Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 601 Susan Ave. Interment will follow at Towaoc Cemetery. Troy was born on May 30, 1967 in Cortez the son of Floyd Laner Sr. and Mary Sue Bowman. He passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2010 in Cortez at the age of 43. Troy, or better known by his friends and family as Two Bears, had a wonderful sense of humor. He loved making people laugh. In his free time, Troy enjoyed playing the guitar and drawing. Surviving Troy are his mother, Mary Sue Bowman of Albuquerque, N.M.; his children, Farrah Laner, Carmen Laner, Monica Laner, and Troy Laner Jr., all of Gallup, N.M.; his wife, Roselynn (Jones) Laner; eight grandchildren; his siblings, Floyd Laner Jr. of Towaoc, Tina Laner of Cortez, Vincent Laner and wife, Jacqueline of Towaoc, James Levi of Albuquerque, N.M., Lambert Bowman of Albuquerque, N.M., and Sonya Bowman of Albuquerque, N.M.; and his aunty, Irene Bowman of Sanders, Ariz. Troy was preceded in death by his father.
