TRACY DIANE SIMMONS Graveside services for Tracy Diane Simmons will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, November 23rd at the Summit Ridge Cemetery. Bishop Randy Dalton will be conducting. A visitation has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 22nd from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Ertel Memorial Chapel. Tracy was born on October 4, 1969 in Durango, Colo., the daughter of Clyde and Viola May (Ledford) Holder. She passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2005 in Farmington, N.M. at the age of 36. Surviving Tracy are her father, Clyde Holder of Mancos; her mother, Viola Murdock and husband, Leon of Cortez; her children, Shanea Simmons of Cortez, and Tawny and Paul Bailey of Mancos; three sisters and one brother.
