Tommy Milton Lopez

Graveside inurnment services for lifelong area resident, Tommy Milton Lopez, will be held 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 21 at Summit Ridge Cemetery. Reverend Pat Valdez, C.R. will officiate. Tommy was born on December 14, 1932 in Mancos the son of Frank and Juanita (Espinoza) Lopez. Tommy passed away on Friday, April 15, 2016 at his Dolores residence at the age of 83. Tommy married Isabelle Ruth Quintana on June 30, 1952 in Mancos. Tommy was a cattle rancher his whole life. He enjoyed riding horses, camping, fishing, hunting, and liked to pick and joke with children. Tommy is survived by his children, Rosie Goodall (Jerry) of Lewis, Colo., Dale Lopez (Judi) of Cortez, Colo. and Renee Crawford of Glendale, Ariz.; his 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and his siblings, Eugene Lopez (Betty), Tony Lopez (B.B.) and Ida Mott (Darell) all of Mancos, Colo. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Juanita Lopez; his wife, Isabelle Lopez; his children, Charles Lopez and Michael "Danny" Lopez; and his siblings, Frank Lopez, Jr., Victor Lopez and Abe Lopez.
