Thomas Taylor Alger

THOMAS TAYLOR ALGER Thomas Taylor Alger was born June 16, 1930 in Lansing, Mich. the son of Ernest and Elizabeth (Taylor) Alger. He passed away at Vista Grande Inn in Cortez on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at the age of 83. Being an artist, Thomas enjoyed painting and drawing. He loved to ride motorcycles and enjoyed being around dogs. Thomas is survived by his children, Elaine Eschtruth and husband, Mike of Dove Creek, John Taylor Alger of Grand Ledger, Mich., and Julie Mazuca and husband, Oscar of Canadian Lakes, Mich.; and nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Elizabeth Alger; brother, John Alger; and sister, Mary Alger. Cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Donations can be made to your local humane society.
