THOMAS ROMAINE HOFF II Tom was born on June 12, 1969 in Minneapolis, MN to Thomas R. and Susan K. Hoff. He passed away at our Dolores home on October 17, 2010 at the age of 41. He is survived by his father Tom and step-mother Terri Hoff, Dolores; mother Susan and step-father Dan Smith, Milaca Minn.; Sister Aubrey and brother-in-law Pedro Martinez, nephews Dylan, Merick and Logan Martinez, Elk River Minn.; and step-brothers Ben and Adam Dykes, Minneapolis, Minn. Tom (TR) graduated from Wayzata High School (Wayzata, Minn.) and earned a degree in Computer Network Administration. He moved to Dolores in the spring of 2009 where he took a job as night clerk at the Budget Host Inn in Cortez and worked his way into the position of motel manager. He was instrumental in the founding of Main Interlock in Cortez which he also managed. His greatest joy in life was in meeting and befriending people. An informal Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 23 at 2:00 p.m. at his parents' home, 27505 Road U.6, Dolores,(north on RD 27) just west of the Anasazi Heritage Center.
