Tanner Jordan Hamm

Funeral services for Cortez resident Tanner Jordan Hamm will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Cortez Cemetery.
Tanner was born October 5, 1991 in Salt Lake City, Utah the son of Terrence Jerome Hamm and Laverne Lewis Hamm. He passed away on Saturday, March 20, 2021 in North Salt Lake City, UT at the age of 29.
Surviving Tanner are his parents, Terrence and Laverne Hamm of Cortez, CO; his siblings, Taylor Hamm of Cortez, CO, and Bowen Lewis (Catherine) of Cortez, CO; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
