SUSIE GURULE Funeral services for lifelong Dolores resident Susie Gurule will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 22 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Cremation will follow the funeral service. Susie was born on August 19, 1921 in La Puente´, N.M., the daughter of Isaac and Sara (Alires) Randall. She passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2007 at her residence at the age of 85. Surviving Susie are her children, Philip Gurule and wife, Mary of Cortez, Ruth Miller of Dolores, and Rosella McCoy also of Dolores; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and two half sisters and two half brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Albino Gurule; her friends; and her grandsons.
