Sandra Gayle Shutt

Graveside services for Sandra Gayle Shutt, 32 year Cortez resident, will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 12 at Cortez Cemetery. Viewing will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, November 12 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Sandara Gayle Shutt was born February 27, 1946 in Minot, N.D. the daughter of Rolland Richard and Viona Hulda Widmeyer Reinke. Sandy attended Minot State University receiving a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and later a Master's Degree in English. She was a member of the Powder Puff Bowling League. Through her years, Sandy was a teacher, store manager, delivered newspapers worked in a nursing home. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, gardening, reading, hunting and was a very hard worker. Sandy is survived by her children, Rick Mueller (Robyn) and Jamie Mueller all of Cortez, Colo.; her brother Kenneth Reinke of Minot, N.D.; and her two grandchildren. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and brothers, David Reinke and Rollie Reinke.
