Sami Katelyn Sparks

Memorial Mass for Lewis resident Sami Katelyn Sparks will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 15 at Saint Margaret Mary Catholic Church. A Rosary will be held on Thursday, June 14th at the church from 6 - 7 p.m. Cremation will follow the Rosary. Sami passed away June 8, 2018 at the age of 18 in Cortez. Sami was born in Clinton, Iowa on February 10, 2000 to parents Douglas Ruddell and Cindy Kay (Halsey) Sparks. Sami is survived by her parents; her siblings, April Sparks and Stephanie Koller (Jeremy) of Cortez, CO, Abbigail Sparks of Lewis, CO, and Sara Sparks currently serving in the United Stated Air Force; and by her niece, McKenzie Chadwick.
