Ruthie Ann (Youmans) Lee

August 19, 1977 — November 5, 2021

Ruthie Youmans (Roo Roo) was born August 19, 1977 in Talihina, Oklahoma, the daughter of Charles and Rhoda (James) Youmans. She was unexpectedly received into the arms of the Lord November 5, 2021.
Ruthie grew up in Watson, Oklahoma and attended Jones Academy boarding school in 1995. She later went to Haskell Indian Nation University from August, 1995 – May, 1996 where she met and married Mangus Lee on July 7, 2000. Ruthie was a fundraising pillar in the small community of Dove Creek, Colorado, where she raised her children and helped those in need. She is famous for her Navajo fried bread, and Navajo tacos. She was a prankster and practical joker. Ruthie was a loyal friend to all she met. She was also known for “the straw.” She never drank anything without her straw.
Ruthie’s remains will be buried in both the Dove Creek Cemetery, and by her mother in the Watson Oklahoma Cemetery.
Ruthie is survived by her two children, Anna Rochelle Lee, and Isiah Lee. Ruthie was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother. Her sibling are Darian and Chucky Youmans, and JD James.
Rest In Peace sweet lady, you will be greatly missed.
