ROSANNE MARIE HINTON Memorial services celebrating the life of Rosanne Marie Hinton will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 21 at Rock Springs Community Church with Pastor David Ramsey officiating. Rosanne was born the daughter of Thomas and Beatrice (Falkner) Minnick on July 1, 1946 in Carlsbad, N.M. She passed away at her home in Cortez on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at the age of 61. Rosanne was a positive and outgoing person using her faith to be of service to others. She loved animals, people and life and was noted for her laugh. Surviving Rosanne are her children, Mike Exum of Lubbock, Texas and Lisa Walker of Cortez; three grandchildren, Cole Walker, and Zane and Zander Eichner; and by her parents, Thomas and Beatrice Minnick of Clayton, N.M. Also surviving Rosanne are her sister, Lacie Cook and husband, Bill of Clayton, N.M.; nephews and nieces, Britt Swart and wife, Melanie of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and many, many friends. She was preceded in death by a nephew, Barry Swart. Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Rosanne Hinton with either Southwest Memorial Home Health or For Pets Sake Humane Society.
