Ronald "Ron" Wayne Maestas

Funeral services for Ronald ‘Ron’ Wayne Maestas will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 24, 2018 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, Dolores, Colorado. Reverend Pat Valdez, C.R. will officiate. Interment will follow at Cortez Cemetery. A Rosary will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church.
Ron was born January 10, 1953 in Cortez, CO the son of Abe B. and Maxine Lizbeth (Lucero) Maestas. He passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018 at San Juan Regional Medical Center at the age of 65.
Surviving Ron are his mother, Maxine Maestas of Farmington, NM; his significant other, Loretta Lobato of Farmington, NM; his daughter, Tamara McCoy (Toby) of Cortez, CO; his grandson, Austin McCoy; his Aunts, Beverly Tano, Gloria Arviso, Geraldine Garcia; his nephew, Terry Lee Maestas; and numerous cousins. Ron was preceded in death by his father; his siblings, Terry Lee Maestas and Darlene Maestas.
