ROBERT "BOB" LEE ROARK Bob Roark passed away peacefully at home in Cortez, Colo. on May 2, 2010. Bob was the son of John Grady Roark and Lula Marie Midriff Roark of Springfield, Mo. He was born June 4, 1922. He married Erneta Blum on October 21, 1944 in Tacoma, Wash. Bob was an avid photographer of the outdoors and family. He took thousands of photos and slides throughout his lifetime. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving Bob is his wife of 65 years; daughter, Roberta McCabe and husband, Dean of Los Lunas, N.M.; four sons, Joel Roark and wife, Patricia of Flora Vista, N.M., Patrick Roark and wife, Michelle of Grand Junction, Colo. David Roark and wife, Denise of Farmington, N.M., and Keith Roark and wife, Janet of Santa Rosa, Calif.; by 12 grandchildren, Teresa, Mark, Mike, Gary, Dawn, Kendall, Ryan, Crystal, Jessica, Dacia, Daniel, and Donald; and ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Preceding Bob in death were his parents; brother, James; and daughter, Margaret Roark. Services will be held at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church on Saturday, May 8 at 10 a.m.
