Robert Lee Fordem

ROBERT LEE FORDEM, JR Robert Lee Fordem, Jr was born on July 25, 1944 in Pacific Beach, Calif. the son of Robert Lee and Winona Gertrude Piper Fordem. Robert passed away on December 31, 2015 at his home at the age of 71. Robert is survived by his mother, Winona of Cortez; and his siblings, Michael Fordem, Craig Fordem and Phillip Fordem, Cliffor Fordem all of Florida, Terry Fordem of Alabama and Jacqueline Fordem of Cortez. Robert was preceded in death by his father, Robert. No public services are desired and according to his wishes cremation has taken place.
