ROBERT LEE "BOB" FRANK Funeral services for longtime Towaoc resident, Robert Lee "Bob" Frank will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 19 at the Ertel Memorial Chapel. Mr. Terry Knight Sr. will officiate. Burial will follow at Towaoc Cemetery. Visitation has been set for Friday afternoon from 3 to 5 p.m. at Ertel Chapel. Bob was born January 18, 1939 in Concho, Okla. the son of John Frank Sr. and Marie (Burns) Frank. He passed away at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at the age of 71. Bob was married to Judy Knight Frank and the couple celebrated 25 years of marriage this past May. A longtime employee of Weminuche Construction, Bob worked in the capacity of liaison and took pride in his dedication to help tribal members find employment. He, too, was very involved with Pow Wows; making belts and breast plates for the ceremonies. Bob also enjoyed Hand Games and Bear Dances. In his free time, Bob loved hunting and fishing. Surviving Bob are his wife, Judy Knight Frank of Towaoc; two daughters, Diane Frank of Reno, Nev. and Denise Frank Grosz and husband, Steve also of Reno, Nev.; a stepdaughter, LeeAnn Pinnecoose of Towaoc; and a granddaughter, Lindsay Arthur of Reno, Nev. Also surviving Bob are his brothers, Joe Frank and wife, Joan of Carson City, Nev., John Frank Jr. and wife, Brenda also of Carson City, Nev. and Sidney Mason and wife, Mary of Alexandria, Va.; a sister-in-law, Katherine Ridley and husband, Steven of Littlerocks, Utah; a brother-in-law, Terry Knight Sr., and wife, Flaydina of Towaoc; grandchildren in Colorado and Nevada; numerous nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.
