Rhea Jean Petersen

Funeral services for Cortez resident Rhea Jean Petersen will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, December 10 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Priest Debbie Shew will officiate. Visitation will be held at Ertel Memorial Chapel from 6 – 8 p.m. on Sunday, December 9, 2018.
Rhea was born April 16, 1974 in Lake Forest, Illinois, the daughter of Raymond John and Donna Mae (Werner) Petersen. She passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Southwest Memorial Hospital at the age of 44.
Surviving Rhea are her parents; her son, Joshua Raymond Petersen of Mancos; her sister, Victoria (Petersen) Lewis (Perry) of Mancos; nephews Jacob and Colby Lewis; aunts, uncles and a large extended family.
