RAYMOND RABBIT CASEY Funeral services for Towaoc resident Raymond Rabbit Casey will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 27 at the White Mesa Recreation Center in White Mesa, Utah. Visitation has been set for Tuesday afternoon from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Ertel Memorial Chapel. Raymond was born March 22, 1953 in Cortez to Jay I. Casey and Lillian Marie (Rabbit) Casey. He passed away at Utah University Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at the age 56. Raymond grew up in Towaoc, White Mesa and Salt Lake City. An active man, Raymond enjoyed hiking, swimming, boxing, and was known as a good dancer. He was fond of horses and traveling. Surviving Raymond are two daughters, Janille Mills of Towaoc and her older sister living in Salt Lake City, Utah; and by his siblings, Diana Rabbit Casey Clyde Rabbit Casey and Emiline Rabbit Casey all of Towaoc. He was preceded in death by his parents; by his brother, Ernest Rabbit Casey; and three sisters, Laura Rabbit Casey, Elsie Rabbit Casey and Verna Rabbit Casey.
