Quentina Imogene Blueeyes

 Funeral services for Quentina Imogene Blueeyes will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 23, 2024 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Cortez Cemetery.

 Quentina was born October 29, 1999 in Shiprock, N.M. the daughter of Trula Kay Phillips and Quentin Blueeyes. She passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at the age of 24.

 Surviving Quentina are her parents, Trula Phillips (Wilton Slim) of Towaoc, and Quentin Blueeyes of New Mexico; her children, Atreyu Romero, Avi Ortiz and Theo Ortiz all of Towaoc; by her siblings, Quillan Blueeyes of Houston, Tex., Kiana Blueeyes of Towaoc, Takoda Blueeyes of Towaoc, Ekcohawk Blueeyes of Cortez, Autumn Blueeyes (Killian Sanders) of Cortez, and Isiah Slim of Towaoc; by her grandparents, James Phillips of Aneth, Utah, and Alvin and Dorothy Young of Lupton, Ariz.; and by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family.
