Pinie Louise Carter-Jackson

PINIE LOUISE CARTER-JACKSON Pinie Louise Carter-Jackson was born on July 14, 1952 in West Monroe, Louisiana the daughter of Lester Carter Sr. and Willie Arlene (Rayburn) Carter. She passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango at the age of 58. Pinie loved music of any kind. Listening to music brought much peace to Pinie's life. Surviving Pinie are her children, Justin Ward and wife, Rose of Tucson, Ariz. and Nicole Ward and husband, John Trevino of Mancos; four grandchildren, Dillon Ward, Austin Ward, Jacob Ward, and Lauren Ward; her siblings, Lester Carter Jr. of Honolulu, Hawaii and Heather Moore of Las Vegas, Nev.; and her very close friend, Deanne Ruth of Mancos. Pinie was preceded in death by her parents; and by her husband, Michael Jackson. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
