PHILLIP BELO LANER JR. Funeral services for lifelong Towaoc resident Phillip Belo Laner Jr. will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 10 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Towaoc Cemetery. Visitation has been scheduled for Friday evening from 5-7 p.m. at Ertel Chapel. Belo was born August 13, 1970 in Cortez the son of Phillip Laner Sr. and Sandra Hammond Watt. He passed away on Tuesday, March 6 in Towaoc at the age of 47. Surviving Phillip are his mother, Sandra H. Watts of Towaoc; his spouse, Arlene Lang of Towaoc; his children, Pharo Tyi Laner of Towaoc, Hunter Laner of Denver, Colo., and Phillipina Laner of Towaoc; and by his siblings, Adrian Phillip Laner and Bendora Wall both of Towaoc, and Cassandra Laner of Albuquerque, N.M. Belo was preceded in death by his father; and by his grandmother, Pearl Root Laner.
