Neoma Cleo Kasal

NEOMA CLEO KASAL Neoma Cleo Kasal was born March 12, 1931 in Ness County, Kan. the daughter of Harold and Cleo Margie (Legg) Greenstreet. She passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at her Cortez residence at the age of 81. On December 18, 1948 Neoma married Duane W. Kasal in Durango, Colo. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Neoma's family always came first. She enjoyed time spent gardening and growing beautiful flowers. Neoma loved to travel and experience new places and sights. Surviving Neoma are her children, Lyle Kasal and wife, Vicki of Aeia, Hawaii, Duanne Ostrander and husband, Mike of Cortez, Cleo Gregg of Cortez, and Lois Miller and husband, Tom of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; her seven grandchildren, Brianna, Brandon, Heather, Diedre, Matthew, Derek, and Randal; eight great-grandchildren; her sister, Dell Wells and husband, Bud Davis of Durango; and her former son-in-law, Steve Gregg of Dolores. Neoma was preceded in death by her parents; and by her husband, Duane Kasal. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
