Natalie Whiteplume "Nat Nat" Hatch

NATALIE WHITEPLUME "NAT NAT" HATCH Funeral services for Natalie Whiteplume "Nat Nat" Hatch will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 20 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Towaoc Cemetery. Nat Nat was born the daughter of Frederick Hatch Jr. and Christine Bia Hatch on December 16, 1991 in Cortez. She passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2013 at the age of 21. Nat Nat attended Manaugh Elementary School, Cortez Middle School, and Montezuma Cortez High School graduating in 2010. Making friends came easily to Nat Nat as she was very nice, friendly and outgoing. She loved to joke around with her friends and family. Pets, especially dogs and cats, were loved by Nat Nat and she had dreams of one day becoming a veterinarian. She enjoyed boxing, singing and dancing the Jingle Dress Dance. Nat Nat lived life to the fullest and loved every moment. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her. Surviving Nat Nat are her parents, Frederick Hatch Jr. and Christine Hatch of Towaoc; and siblings, Joshua Hatch, Erin Clark and Ian Clark all of Towaoc. She is preceded in death by her grandmothers, Pearl Alice Mills and Mary H. Bia; and grandfathers, Daniel Hatch and William C. Bia. Memorial contributions can be made to the Cortez Animal Shelter.
