MINDY KAY LUTZ Funeral services for Lewis resident Mindy Kay Lutz will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 16 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at the Lewis Cemetery. Mindy was born on April 20, 1971 in Longmont, Colo., the daughter of Grant Alan and Erminda Olivama “Oli” (Olivas) Duncan. She passed away on Monday, March 12, 2007 at San Juan Regional Hospital in Farmington, N.M. at the age of 35. Mindy married Douglas Leroy Lutz in Boulder, Colo. on August 8, 1998. She was a Certified Structural Yoga Instructor. Mindy was a very artistic person who was a dedicated mother and devoted wife. She was a wonderful friend and loved to dance. Surviving Mindy are her husband, Doug Lutz of Lewis; her mother, Oli Duncan of Longmont, Colo.; her daughter Veronica Lutz of Lewis; and her siblings, Gerilyn Wilson and husband, Ron of Westminster, Colo., and Griff Duncan and wife, Heather of Boulder, Colo.
