Miles Willard Reigel

MILES WILLARD REIGEL Graveside services for Dolores resident Miles Willard Reigel will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25 at the Summit Ridge Cemetery. Miles was born on January 17, 1925 in Lewisburg, Penn., the son of Henry and Carrie May (Ren) Reigel. He passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2006 at his residence at the age of 81. Having served his country in the United States Army, Miles was a proud veteran of WWII. By trade he was a painter and belonged to the Painter’s Union. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving Miles are his son, William Reigel and wife, Rita of Dolores; his granddaughter, Susan Burger and husband, Grant of Kremmling, Colo.; his great-granddaughter, Shilo Burger also of Kremmling, Colo.; and his brother, Martin Reigel of Dolores. Miles was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Lillian Jane (Russell) Reigel in October of 2001. Memorial contributions may be made in Miles’ memory to Hospice of Montezuma, P.O.
