Melvin Ketchum 'Albert' Dutchie

Funeral services for long time Towaoc resident Melvin Ketchum ‘Albert’ Dutchie will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 8, 2019 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Cortez Cemetery. A wake will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 911 E. Lafayette, Towaoc, CO.
Albert was born March 28, 1959 in Monticello, UT the son of Alex Ketchum and Clara Bell Dutchie. He passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at his residence at the age of 59.
Surviving Albert are his wife, Valencia Ketchum of Towaoc, CO; his daughter, Simone Ketchum (Conrad Jacket) of Towaoc, CO; his son, Shane Ketchum of Towaoc, CO; his siblings, Alvora Ketchum of Towaoc, CO, Shirley Denetsosie of White Mesa, UT, Frank Ketchum of Towaoc, CO, and Nathan Dutchie of White Mesa, UT. Albert was preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers, Darrell Ketchum, Gerald Ketchum, Marvin Ketchum Dutchie, Alex Ketchum Jr., Gilbert Dutchie, Kern Dutchie Jr.; and his grandson, Isiah Summa.
