MARY RUTH RICE Mary Ruth Rice was born October 31, 1945 in Belmont, Ariz. the daughter of Lloyd Garfield and Alta Marie (Medley) Ackerman. She passed away on Monday, November 25, 2013 at her Dolores residence at the age of 68. Surviving Mary are her children, Carol Coleman and husband, William of Dolores, and Richard Clark Jr. and wife, Angie of Spokane, Wash.; her grandchildren, Wendy Lindsay and husband, Matt of Cortez, Adam Bryan and wife, Brittney of Cortez, Shawndale Strong and husband, Jeremy of Cortez, Robbie Bryan Jr. and wife, Anna of Phoenix, and Brianna Wallace of Dolores,; her great-grandchildren, Sierra Strong, Jeremy Strong Jr., Alexis Strong, Tristin Strong, Payson Bryan, Tenley Bryan, James Bryan and Nichole Bryan; and by her siblings, Ann, Vivian, Jackie, Edna and Guy. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; and by her husband, William John Rice. Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held at a later date.
