MARY LUISA "LUCY" FOREST Graveside inurnment services for longtime area resident Mary Luisa "Lucy" Forest will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 6 at Lewis Cemetery. Reverend Neely Lewis will officiate. Lucy was born October 12, 1928 in New Mexico the daughter of Carpio and Crusita (Trujillo) Lopez. She passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Vista Grande Inn Nursing Home at the age of 88. Surviving Lucy are her step-children, Gene Forest (Felicite) of Durango, Doris Butler (John) of Palisade, Colo., and Patricia Clements of Grand Junction, Colo. Lucy was preceded in death by her parents; and by her husband, Melvin Forest.
