Mark Niels Mcculley

MARK NIELS McCULLEY Mark Niels McCulley was born August 3, 1956 in Cortez the son of Leroy Neils and Alvina Rosetta (Hopper) McCulley. He passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at his Cortez residence at the age of 54. Mark graduated from Durango High School in 1974 and then went on to join the United States Navy. Mark had a great love for animals, especially his cats. In his free time, Mark enjoyed being outdoors. He liked to go four-wheeling and fishing. Surviving Mark are his brother, Bruce McCulley of Cortez; his nieces, Crystal Oveson and husband, David of Lewis, and Jackie McCulley and Eric Hood of Lewis; and his great-nephews, Isiah Peña, Aden Hood, and Eric McCulley. Mark also leaves behind many good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
