Marianna Ramsay

MARIANNA RAMSAY Marianna Ramsay passed away at her home in Mancos, on Saturday, July 3, 2004 at the age of 61. She was born the daughter of William Archibald and Ida Marie (Koch) Ramsay on Oct. 2, 1942 in Louisville, Ky. Marianna owned and operated Southwest Ceramics of Mancos. A true humanitarian, Marianna used her business as an opportunity to help others. Often she would encounter someone who needed a helping hand and Marianna would offer jobs through the ceramic shop. Marianna was a lover and caregiver to animals as well. Surviving Marianna are her son, Anthony Paolasini of Phoenix, Ariz.; her sister, Bernece Paulsen of Morganfield, Ky.; her brother, Bill Ramsay of Kirksville, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.
