Madeline Rita Rhodes

Memorial services for Cortez resident Madeline Rita Rhodes will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Ertel Memorial Chapel.
Madeline was born October 14, 1940 in Cromer, Norfolk, England the daughter of Elijah Samuel and Elsie Alice (Hudson) Ayton. She passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at the Valley Inn at the age of 78.
Surviving Madeline are her children, Laurie Rae Maloy of Cortez, CO, and Matthew R. Rhodes of Ogden, UT; her siblings, Jane Aldred and Brian Aldred both of Wroxham, England; two grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Madeline was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Francis Delois Rhodes.
