Lino Alex Espinoza

Funeral Mass for Cortez resident Lino Alex Espinoza will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 22, 2021 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Cortez, CO. Father Lorenzo Uribe will officiate. Interment will follow at Cortez Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 4 – 5 p.m. Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Rosary will follow at 5 p.m.
Lino was born November 8, 1930 in Summit Ridge, CO the son of Lino and Prejeres (Archibeque) Espinoza. He passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at his residence at the age of 91.
Surviving Lino are his children, Lino Espinoza of Henderson, NV, Loraine Archuleta (Pat) of Mancos, CO, David Espinoza of Cortez, CO, Ricky Espinoza of Cortez, CO, Robert L. Espinoza of Cortez, CO, Lina Bran (Jeff) of Cortez, CO; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Lino was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Della Espinoza; his son, Jackie Espinoza; seven sisters; and two brothers.
