LEWIS PRICE JR. Funeral services for lifelong Towaoc resident Lewis Price Jr. will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 5 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Towaoc Cemetery. Visitation has been scheduled prior to the funeral service at the funeral home beginning at 8 a.m. Lewis was born June 6, 1989 in Shiprock, N.M. the son of Lewis Price Sr. and Nola (Laner) Price. He passed away in Colorado Springs on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at the age of 24. Drawing, spending time with his family and listening to music were things that Lewis enjoyed, but eating was something that he loved. Lewis is survived by his mother, Nola Price of Towaoc; his siblings, Venita June Laner, Trisha Lynn Price, Tanisha Faith Price, and Montel Eddie Price all of Towaoc; and by a large extended family. He was preceded in death by his father, Lewis Price Sr.; brother, Martel Whiteeagle Price; grandparents, Edwin Pewo, Regina Lansing Price, John Parker Laner, and Sarah Lee Jacket Laner; great-grandmother, Elizabeth Marsh; uncles, Roger Price, Welden Tabbee, and Clement Tabbee; and aunts, Emily Rose Laner, Gaelyn Vicki Laner Hatch, Roselyn Laner, and Wahellela Begay.
