Kinley Grace Mitchell

A Celebration of Life will be held for Durango resident Kinley Grace Mitchell at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at the Exhibit Hall at La Plata County Fairgrounds in Durango, CO.
Kinley was born October 31, 2010 in Durango, CO the daughter of Kelly James and Lindsey Kate (Paxton) Mitchell. She passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021 at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango, CO at the age of 10.
Surviving Kinley are her loving parents, Kelly and Katie Mitchell of Durango, CO; her brother, Cooper Mitchell of Durango, CO; her grandparents, Paula Mitchell of Cortez, CO, Jim Mitchell (Jackie) of Dolores, CO, Mary Jo James (Kirk) of Durango, CO, and Jeff Paxton (Kim) of Durango, CO; her great grandparents, Glen Humiston of Mancos, CO, Rita Mitchell of Camdonter, MO, and Virginia Royce of Durango, CO; her aunts, A. Kristin Pettinger (Matt) of Eaton, CO, and Kassi Paxton of Durango, CO; and her uncle, Chad Mitchell (Jamie) of Hotchkiss, CO.
Memorial contributions can be made in Kinley’s name to the La Plata County Fair Board, PO Box 3669, Durango, CO 81302 or drop off at the Extension office. Designate on the check ‘in memory of Kinley.’
