JUSTIN SHELDON HORROCKS Funeral services for Mancos resident, Justin Sheldon Horrocks, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 2 at the Mancos Performance Center. Brother Dewey Smouse will officiate. Interment will follow at Webber Cemetery. A dinner will take place following the interment service, to be held at the Mancos Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Justin was born March 28, 1987 in Cortez the son of Danny Sedam and Kallie Horrocks. He passed away at San Juan Regional Medical Center on Monday, April 27, 2009 at the age of 22. A 2005 graduate of Mancos High School, Justin went on to attend San Juan Votech where he learned the trade of welding. Justin loved time spent in the mountains where he could be found sitting by a campfire singing. Justin also enjoyed riding horses, four wheeling, and playing Guitar Hero. Surviving Justin are his mother and step-father, Kallie and Jimmie Hershberger of Mancos; his son, Aceson Duel Hennrich of Bloomfield, N.M.; his siblings, Jenna Jo Horrocks of Mancos and Dillon J. Horrocks also of Mancos; and his stepbrother, Ben Hershberger of Mancos. Justin also leaves behind his aunts and uncles, Dorine Strom of Cowley, Wyo., Stacy Horrocks of Conifer, Colo., Vicki Arnold of Conifer, Colo., John Horrocks of Mancos, and Abe Horrocks also of Mancos; and his grandmother, Esther Horrocks of Mancos.
