JOSEPHINE WILLIAMS CARET Funeral services for Monticello resident, Josephine Williams Caret will be held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, November 30 at the Ertel Memorial Chapel. Reverend Lynn Evans will be officiating. Interment will take place on Wednesday at the Monticello Cemetery. Josephine was born on January 18, 1913 in Petersburg, Virg. the daughter of Joseph Wesley and Annie Estelle (Traylor)Wells. She passed away on Friday, November 26, 2004 at the Mesa View Retirement Home at the age of 91. Josephine will be remembered as a good homemaker and great mother. She also belonged to the “Sweet Adeline” barbershop quartet. Jo is survived by her son, Robert Trevor Williams of Cortez. Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Vincent A. Caret; and her sister, Frances Traylor Wells.
