JONATHAN DANNY HAYES Funeral services for life-long Four Corners area resident Jonathan Danny Hayes will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, January 20 at the Montelores Baptist Church, 18735 Road 23.5, Lewis, Colo. Pastor Paul Gleason will be officiating. Interment is to follow at Summit Ridge Cemetery. A viewing will be held prior to the service at the church beginning at 9 a.m. Jonathan was born on June 9, 1984 in Shiprock, N.M. to Robin Hayes and Carmelita (Tso) Payte. He passed away on January 14, 2012 at the age of 27. Jonathan enjoyed painting and drawing. He also loved to play the piano, organ and guitar. Surviving Jonathan are his parents, Robin Hayes of Shiprock and Carmelita Payte of Dolores; his siblings, Ashley Renee Shaw and Krystal Lynn Shaw both of Phoenix, and Harley Davidson Payte of Mount Ida, Ark.; his grandparents, Robert Hayes and Norma Jean Hayes both of Shiprock and Lorraine Tso and John T. Tso both of Cottonwood, Ariz.; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Memorial contributions may be made in Jonathan's name to Citizens State Bank.
