JODY MARIE HOOKER Funeral services for lifelong area resident Jody Marie Hooker will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25 at 2 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Empire Chapel. Interment will follow at Cortez Cemetery. Visitation has been scheduled for Monday night from 5 to 7 p.m. at Ertel Memorial Chapel. There will also be a viewing Tuesday afternoon beginning at 1 p.m. at the church. Jody was born July 21, 1961 in Cortez and she passed away on Friday, November 21, 2014 at her Cortez home at the age of 53.
