JIM PETERSON Funeral services for Eastland, Utah resident Jim Peterson have been changed to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, February 5 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Eastland Chapel. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Eastland. Branch President Kay Randall will officiate. Jim was born on November 25, 1945 in Monticello, Utah the son of John A. and Fern (Snow) Peterson. He passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 in Las Cruces, N.M. at the age of 63. Jim is survived by his wife, Anita Peterson of Eastland, Utah.
