Jessica Sutch

Jessica Sutch was born April 18, 1978 to Debby (Sharp) and Tom Sutch in American Fork, Utah. She grew up in Cortez graduating from MCHS. She went on to obtain her Associates Degree in Marine Sciences at Sheldon Jackson College in Sitka, Alaska. Jessica lived in Phoenix for several years working with her Uncle Don in the insurance business. After moving back to Cortez, Jessica worked with kids at Butler Preschool and with special education through the school system. Her health problems forced her to start her own business house and pet sitting. Jessica had been sick and in such pain for the past several years and could take no more. There are no words to describe our heartache and sorrow. There will be no funeral, Jess didnt want that. There will be a celebration of her life on Monday, November 27, 2017 at 2:00 at the Lewis-Arriola Community Center. We will remember her for her love for her mom, her brother Cory and little niece Kaydence and other family; her gentleness and love for all animals, her love of fishing, her coffee and the mountains.
